This half day session will show delegates how to record which staff are included in the School Workforce Census, give an overview of allowances and the post panel, and show how to run and create reports to check staff data and how to produce the School Workforce Census return.
COSTS 1) For Schools subscribing to the SIMS Service in the TwS Catalogue of Services: Free for 1st delegate only. £75 for each additional delegate thereafter. A Cancellation Fee of £75 will be charged for any delegate cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice, and for any delegate who does not attend. 2) For delegates who do not subscribe to the SIMS Service in the TwS Catalogue of Services: £75 per place. No refunds for places cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
The course will cover the learning objectives of: - Start a School Workforce census return
- Create and validate a return
- Correct any validation errors by editing individual Staff records
- Authorise a return
- Print detailed reports
- Print a summary of the School Workforce census
By the end of the course delegates will feel confident in their ability to produce accurate SWC returns and reports unassisted
