Managing Change - An HR Perspective. This session focuses on the principles of managing organisational change where employees' roles and responsibilities in the school are being aligned and/or the size of the staffing structure is being reduced.
This course is for anyone who is leading on a managing change exercise. It looks at the process of managing staffing changes in your school, as a result of restructures or reductions, which may result in redundancy situations.
Understanding of the Managing Change process and the legal rights of school employees.
