An ICT Hardware repairs service for Bristol Schools and other settings

This service provides cover for repairs of hardware for both administration and curriculum IT equipment. Labour is covered, parts are chargeable at cost price.

Service standards

•Initial response to site within one day of receipt of call.
•TwS will use all reasonable endeavours to effect a full hardware repair within two working days.
•Full details of the reasons for any equipment being declared as beyond economic repair will be provided to the school.
